PhD Update from Georgia State University

My Apologies

It has been some time since I have posted, so let me apologize and give you a PhD update.  As of a week ago, after scrambling to find funding, ti appeared as if I would be unable to attend Georgia State University for my PhD.  I was crestfallen to say the least.  Then, on Saturday, I was contacted with the possibility of their being an opening as a TA.  It would fully fund my studies allowing me to continue on this journey.  I worked as quickly as I could, getting the materials needed in order to be considered.  Classes began Monday morning, after all.  Thankfully, everything worked out, I received the position, and am now back on track.

Unfortunately, because of the tremendous short notice, I ended up with less than twelve hours to prepare for classes where other TAs had weeks.  As a result, I had to neglect updating the blog.  But, now that the first week is behind me, I am hoping to have a little breathing room where I can devote sometime to posting on the site.

As always, I will post updates on my research under the category: PhD Research.
